These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Himalayan Herbs & Organic Center website and to every order you place with us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Returns policy.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Nepali Rupees (Rs). Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds or, for cash on delivery, once we accept it.
We may limit the quantity of an item per order so that stock stays fair for everyone, and we may correct pricing errors.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates that depend on your location and on the courier. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that your address and phone number are correct.
Cancellations and returns
- You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase; after that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded; see our Refunds & Returns policy.
Offers and coupons
Coupons and offers have their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.
Your responsibilities
Please give us an accurate address and contact number, keep your login details safe, and treat our staff and delivery partners with respect. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse of offers.
Liability
Our products are natural and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
