This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Himalayan Herbs & Organic Center collects when you use our website, why we collect it and the choices you have.

4. Payment status for your orders. We never see or store your eSewa login or PIN.
5. Technical data such as device type and pages visited, collected through cookies.

We share only what is needed to serve you: your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your order, payment information with payment providers such as eSewa, and data with hosting, SMS and analytics providers who work for us under contract. We may also share data when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and language, and understand how the website is used. You can manage non-essential cookies from the cookie banner or your browser settings at any time.

We encrypt data in transit, limit access to authorised staff and review our systems regularly. We will never ask for your OTP or payment PIN. If you receive such a request, don't share anything and tell us.

We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards only for as long as we need it for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
